Le Pinky Ring est un lounge de cocktails et de jazz sensuel, conçu par le superstar Grammy Award Bruno Mars et créé en collaboration avec le studio canadien Yabu Pushelberg, situé sur le sol du casino Bellagio, là où se trouvait autrefois le Lily Bar & Lounge. L'espace circulaire, inspiré d'un penthouse, est décoré de tons dorés et de couleurs terres, avec une scène centrale où le groupe de huit musiciens de Mars, les Hooligans, ainsi que des DJs invités, animent chaque nuit un véritable festival de funk des années 70.
