Phil Hanley est un comédien, auteur, acteur et écrivain canadien connu pour son style détendu, ses observations bien structurées et son travail avec le public très improvisé. Originaire d'Oshawa, en Ontario, il a commencé à faire du stand-up à Vancouver avant de devenir régulier au Comedy Cellar de New York. Il a également participé à The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Inside Amy Schumer, I Feel Pretty et Sundowners. Son travail inclut The Half Hour de Comedy Central, le spécial de 2022 Ooh La La, l'album de comédie Please Don’t Chit-Chat While I’m Pursuing My Dream et le mémoires de 2025 Spellbound: My Life as a Dyslexic Wordsmith.
